A look at the work

Learning has
more than one shape.

Sometimes it needs a scenario. Sometimes a short video or a guide beside the task. We choose the format around what people need to do.

Knowledge banks

When one person knows it all,
help the whole team learn it.

We build knowledge banks: shared guides, checklists and decision notes that keep know-how in the business and make handovers easier.

Before we start

A few useful
answers.

Tell us what you have and what you need. We’ll help define the first useful piece of work.

What do you need from us?

An audience, a learning need and whatever material you already have. We can work from workshops, recordings, documents or conversations with your experts.

Can you improve an existing course?

Yes. We can review the structure, rewrite unclear content, add practice and feedback, or refresh its visual design. We agree which parts need work before production.

Do we need a learning platform?

No. We agree the delivery format around your learners. That may be a web-based lesson, a printable resource, video, or a course package for your existing LMS.

Can we start with one module?

Yes. A focused pilot lets us establish the content, style and review process before producing a larger programme.

Can you work with our language and brand?

We can develop English and Kiswahili materials and work with your brand guidelines. Other language requirements are scoped with a suitable language reviewer.

What will we receive at handover?

The agreed published files, supporting resources and editable source material covered by the project. We confirm ownership, licences and any platform requirements in the scope.
